International air,
transport and travel law:
Individually tailored
full service.
transport and travel law:
As a one-stop store for airlines, transport companies and tour operators, we take on all legally relevant tasks – from advising on contract law to defending against administrative offenses and handling mass proceedings.
Expertise
Full service.
Legally compliant, economical and plannable.
Since 2015, we have been offering international airlines, transportation companies and travel agents advice and full service on all legal issues and matters. We can optionally operate on a fixed case fee basis, keeping the costs transparent, proportionate and predictable for our clients.
Fields of activity
Rebut unjustified demands, process justified claims speedily.
As a claims processing and debt management partner, we are on hand to assist airline companies with our fully digitalised administrative structure, not least to ensure the economy of procedures.
We attend to
- all liability issues surrounding transport operations, especially accidents
- drafting partner contracts and T&Cs
- Administrative offence proceedings, e.g. with the Federal Aviation Authority and other supervisory authorities
- industrial property protection, e.g. in the case of warning letters
- private international law, meaning all the issues surrounding the case concerning applicable national law
Transport from A to B, competent legal advice from A to Z!
The international transport of passengers and goods via every conceivable route can throw up some complex, sometimes costly legal questions. Our efforts here are always directed towards making the claims processing and debt management procedures equally efficient and economic.
We assist our clients
- with all liability issues surrounding transport operations, especially accidents
- with drafting partner contracts and T&Cs
- in administrative offence proceedings, e.g. with supervisory authorities
- in industrial property protection, e.g. in warning letters
- with private international law matters, meaning with all questions concerning the determination and application of the right national legal system
Mass claims – tying up internal resources and making costs explode?
We manage mass claims on the basis of Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 (Air Passenger Rights Regulation) and the Montreal Convention on behalf of airline companies both domestically and abroad. For transport companies such as shipping companies, we take care of mass proceedings for the reimbursement of ticket costs due to non-performance of the trips. We also work for internationally active companies in other sectors that are exposed to mass proceedings, e.g. in the event of data protection violations. Our approach: everything from a single source. All managed by a single source. We function like an amalgamated legal, financial and secretarial department for our clients. We structure and manage legal proceedings, attend to the payment transactions and accounts, and analyse the procedure. All with an individually adaptable software solution that facilitates continuous conciseness and complete transparency.
Contact usWe advise tour operators and hotel companies on all travel law issues.
Our range of activities includes the drafting of contracts and general terms and conditions as well as the structured extrajudicial and judicial defense of claims in connection with travel cancellations, travel defects and liability cases.
